We are committed to our customers operating in essential industries and will maintain service levels and parts availability to support you.
Vermeer All Roads is committed to protecting the health of our employees, customers and our communities. All of our locations are taking steps to prevent the Coronavirus from impacting our customers, suppliers and partners. Although circumstances are still changing, we’re following all recommended procedures to ensure our locations remain safe, operational and ready to serve you.
Our branches remain open, and we are closely following guidelines set by the Centers for Disease Control and other state and local agencies regarding prevention and preparedness.
We’ve taken the several steps, including those listed below and described in the graphic:
- Increased our cleaning efforts on accessible surface areas
- Reinforced personal health and safety guidelines employees
We are open and operating with normal business hours. As of November 27th, our showrooms are now closed to customers until further notice.
Our Curbside Pick-Up option is available to mitigate this inconvenience. The steps are simple:
- Order parts online or over the phone from your home, work, or in our parking lot
- Call us when you have arrived at one of our locations
- Pick up your order once we have placed the filled order outside in the stated designated area near the Parts or Service entry
Road Service is still available, but we ask that customers keep at least a 6’ distance from our team member while they work on your equipment.
